This year, in addition to the new product and innovative programs The Plumb Club members will unveil at the JCK Las Vegas Show, we’re introducing a number of new and refreshed initiatives that provide retailers with tools to drive profit and success. These initiatives, provided free of charge, include:
Research Study: Industry and Market Insights 2025: As an ongoing and biannual initiative, The Plumb Club spearheads a comprehensive research project that reveals trends, innovations, and changing consumer desires in the jewelry and luxury categories at a global level, as well as changes in the U.S. jewelry market. Design directions are uncovered and, most important, a quantitative consumer research survey is conducted with more than 2,000 respondents across the U.S. to provide retailers with accurate and up-to-date insights into real jewelry customers’ purchasing, motivations, influences, and preferences.
This information will be showcased in a presentation at the JCK Las Vegas Show on Saturday, June 7, at 12 p.m. PDT at the Showcase Stage, Level 2. The complete document is also available to retailers who visit members at The Plumb Club Pavilion during the show.
Retailer Resources Online: The Plumb Club’s website (plumbclub.com) has grown into a leading online destination for retailers looking for jewelry-related information. Aside from being a link to The Plumb Club’s roster of world-class members, the website provides retailers with constantly updated information on trends, resources, news, and events. Refreshed and relaunching prior to the JCK Show, The Plumb Club’s website will be updated with advanced AI search functionality to speed information quests and target context, as well as new features to enhance user experience and diminish time required to retrieve information.
Top headlines from industry publications will be easy to see on the home page, along with a full section of industry news, all gathered onto one page for easy reading. Further, the Jewelers Resource Center will be folded into the site, providing retailers with a convenient “information hub” for daily needs. This tab will contain:
