Yakubov Brothers Ltd., a diamond manufacturing company with factories in Israel, Bulgaria, and Russia, has launched an interactive Web site that displays its inventory from each office. Inventory is linked directly to the site, allowing information on the site to be displayed in real time.

The Web site also provides the option of directly printing out a certificate. Yakubov carries only GIA certificates.
