The Rochester Diamonds Triple Certification Program, created in 1999 (for diamonds .45 pts. and larger), consists of either a GIA or EGL certification, Rochester’s own RDI report that further describes the features of the diamond, and a Gemprint—a registered diamond “fingerprint” that can help identify the owner in the event of theft or loss.
