Jewelry manufacturer Jordan Meryl has partnered with jewelry designer Joyce Pessel to create a new line for jewelry connoisseurs whose pets hold a precious place in their lives. The inspiration for the line came from Meryl’s own passion for animals. For the past 25 years, many of her champion dogs have competed in Westminster Kennel Club shows and served as cover “models” for popular dog publications.
The new line, called Fuzzeface, features pieces such as the Boca Bone, a diamond dog bone available in various sizes and stones. In a new twist on versatility, the piece can be worn by either people or their pets.
The line includes collars, pins, charms, necklaces, rings, and bracelets focusing on canine, feline, equine, and aquatic pets. The collection—featuring more than 30 styles—also includes collars made of fine leathers that are interchangeable with many of the pieces.
Fuzzeface items are available in 18k gold and sterling silver or in platinum by special order. Retail prices range from $200-$5,000. Proceeds from the sales of this collection go to various nonprofit animal rescue organizations. For information, contact Jordan Meryl Designs, Boca Raton, Fla.; (561) 988-6844, www.jordanmeryl.com .
