Fundraising became child’s play when platinum designer Scott Kay joined *NSYNC and other celebrities to raise money for children’s programs and charities. New York City’s Planet Hollywood played host to the event, which included a VIP reception attended by Kay, *NSYNC, basketball superstar Isiah Thomas, MTV’s Ananda Lewis, singer Jordan Knight, and many others. Kay also took part in the annual “Challenge for the Children II” celebrity basketball game, raising more than $12,000 for the designated charities. The proceeds will be distributed by the Champions for Children Foundation and the Justin Timberlake Foundation, founded by and named for the youngest member of *NSYNC.
