Fox’s Jewelers opened a new store at Southpark Mall in Moline, Ill. This is the 46th store for the company, which is based in Grand Rapids, Mich. Fox Jewelers has stores in Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Iowa and Illinois.

Rogers & Hollands Jewelers plans to open its 41st store this month in the University Park Mall in Mishawaka, Ind. Rogers & Hollands is an 80-year-old family-owned and -operated business. It is based in Chicago, Ill., and has stores in Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana.

Friedman’s Jewelers opened its 163rd store. Frediman’s the nation’s third largest retail jewler, opened the new store in the Covington Springs Kmart Shopping Center in Memphis, Tenn.

Afterthoughts – which offers jewelry, handbags and hats – moved to a new section of Eastgate Mall in Chattanooga, Tenn.

Regency Jewelers opened a new jewelry store in the Parkway City Mall in Huntsville, Ala. Regency Jewelers specializes in fine diamonds, gold, watches and jewelry repair.

The International Jewelry Exchange of Atlanta Inc. plans to open this fall in an office park in Atlanta, Ga., near Interstate 85 and Shallowford Rd.

Lee Brant Jewelers opened at Roswell and Abernathy Rd., Sandy Springs, Ala.
