Tardy Joins Scull and Co.

Scull and Co. has appointed Pierre Tardy to the role of director of merchandising and store operations. Tardy will counsel Scull clients on issues relating to display and will provide on-site and competitive shopping analysis. Prior to joining Scull, Tardy spent over 25 years as chief executive officer of Christian Bernard Stores in Secaucus, N.J.

Sterling Honored for Work Environment

Sterling Jewelers was named one of the best workplaces in northeast Ohio during the ninth annual NorthCoast 99 Awards. This is the seventh time the Akron, Ohio, headquarters was recognized for its work environment. The annual program honors 99 great workplaces for attracting, motivating, and retaining top talent in northeast Ohio. The program was developed and hosted by the Employers Resource Council, which seeks nominations directly from employees throughout the region.
