The mother-and-child jewelry design by Janel Russell has been combined with jewelry manufacturer Kirchner Corp.’s registered Mother and Child trademark and will be offered by The Colibri Group in a new line of timepiece products. The three-way agreement allows The Colibri Group to manufacture and market selected products using Russell’s original design along with the trademark owned by Kirchner. The product line initially will include a collection of pendant watches, wristwatches, and miniature clocks.
