The Manufacturing Jewelers and Suppliers of America (MJSA) next year will move its Expo New York to the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center. The 2003 Expo is slated for March 2-4. Previously, the Expo had been held at Pier 94, The UnConvention Center, but growth in buyer attendance led managers to seek another venue. The site has access for buses and cabs and allows for a compact floor plan. The Javits Center also has private rooms adjacent to the show floor that will be used for hosting Expo New York’s technical and business seminars.
