Leading Jewelers of the World held its second membership conference on July 21-23 at the Rye Town Hilton Hotel in Rye, N.Y. Members networked with each other and participated in educational programs in public relations, advertising, marketing, sales, and customer care.
During the conference, Philip Nulman, CEO of The Nulman Group, the parent company of FDN&P Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations, addressed members on the importance of “Getting Your Customers to Buy All Year Long.” In addition, Kate Peterson, co-owner of Performance Concepts, a management and sales training company in the jewelry industry, presented a new program titled, “Commitment vs. Compliance.”
