Jennifer Lopez’s Fashion Week debut was the talk of fashion magazines for weeks before and became the talk of the diamond industry for weeks after.

The clothing line, Sweetface by Jennifer Lopez, didn’t contain jewelry per se, but did flash some bling in the form of a pair of $2 million jeans. The denim trousers were just what every girl needs—they were embellished with 20 cts. of diamonds, compliments of Steinmetz Diamonds.

The jeans are part of a limited-edition collection from Steinmetz and Sweetface. “These jeans are the ultimate fashion indulgence,” says Inge Theron, representative of Steinmetz U.K., in a statement.

Along with the 20 ct. jeans, Lopez adorned her debut line with about $10 million of Steinmetz diamond jewelry—from oversize necklaces to diamond right-hand rings. Not to be outshined, Lopez herself donned a 50 ct. yellow-diamond bracelet and ring.

Her celebrity pals, like Lil’ Kim, Ashanti, and Naomi Campbell, also in Steinmetz diamonds, added to the general flash of the show.
