The JCK Show ~ Phoenix will take place Feb. 7-9 at the Phoenix Civic Plaza in Phoenix, Ariz. An educational program will be offered on Feb. 6.
The show was moved from Orlando, Fla., to Phoenix to coincide with the American Gem Trade Association’s GemFair, which will be held in Tucson Feb. 4-9. “By moving The JCK Show ~ Orlando to Phoenix, we are able to turn Arizona into a comprehensive winter market destination for the jewelry industry,” says Dave Bonaparte, vice president of The JCK Shows.
A “Taste of Phoenix” cocktail welcome reception will take place Feb. 6, during which chefs from local restaurants will serve a sampling of their menus. Former Murphy Brown star Candace Bergen will deliver the keynote presentation at an 8:30 a.m. breakfast on Feb. 7.
The complimentary educational program, whose theme is “An 18-Month Horizon,” begins Feb. 6. The program will offer seminars that outline how retailers can develop their business and run day-to-day operations in a more strategic manner. Attendees can participate in CEO forums and learn about various analyses and forecasting trends.
On the show floor, pavilions will include the Design Center, Stylemakers, Plumb Club, Luxury Collection, Diamond Plaza, World’s Fair, and the Equipment, Technology and Supplies Pavilion.
