The Colibri Group has announced the acquisition of certain assets of Princess Pride Company. The acquisition includes the Princess Pride factory located in Johnston, R.I., with more than 70 employees.

Gary Solomon, currently president and owner of Princess Pride, will become an executive vice president of The Colibri Group.
