Georgio Damiani, vice president of the Damiani Group, will take over as chairman and president of Damiani USA Corp., assisted by Teresa Andrés, sales manager, who will oversee the work of newly appointed area managers. Wendell Figueroa Ruiz will assist in the areas of advertising and public relations, and Marysia Lavaud will continue to manage administration, finance, and control.

Damiani USA’s New York boutique will open by the end of June at Madison Avenue and 67th Street. The company also has signed an agreement for the opening of a second boutique at the King of Prussia Mall near Philadelphia.
