Paul Becker, owner of Becker’s Diamonds and Fine Jewelry in West Hartford, Conn., recently made a donation to the Greater Hartford Capital Community College Foundation’s “Window to the Future” program. The program is designed to secure all the matching funds available to the newly established 21st-century endowment fund.

Becker, who was recently named a director of the board of the foundation, presented his donation to the president of the college, Ira H. Rubenzahl, and Connecticut Governor John G. Rowland at a dedication ceremony held Sept. 4, 2002.
