B.A. Ballou has purchased Alrin Manufacturing Co. Inc., a manufacturer of snap-in settings. Alrin’s manufacturing and customer service will move to Ballou’s headquarters in East Providence, R.I.

The Alrin line includes squares, triangles, hearts, ovals, navettes, emeralds, and more in both four- and six-prong configurations in karat gold, sterling, gold filled, and base metal.
