Gemprint Corporation has named Brad Boyko president of the company. Boyko acted as vice president, sales and marketing under retiring president, John Shepherd. Shepherd will remain in his role as chairman of the board.

Carol Sanders, CPA, CMA, CFM, has joined Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company as chief financial officer and treasurer. With 12 years experience in corporate finance for the insurance industry and three years experience in public accounting, Sanders leads the company’s finance department, as well as business systems and facilities management.

Prior to joining Jewelers Mutual, Sanders was assistant treasurer and controller for Sentry Insurance. Her career also included roles as vice president and treasurer at American Medical Security Inc., and treasurer and director of taxation at Secura Insurance.

Merlin C. Warner has joined the Mirabelle team as vice president, marketing and business development, to lead the marketing department. He will be responsible for expanding channels of distribution and developing relationships with existing partners.

Wolf Designs hired Cindie Chow as merchandise and office manager of its new showroom and offices in Hong Kong. She has been merchandising manager at Acumen Company Ltd., manufacturers of high-end outdoor garments, general manager for Creeks (Far East) Limited, and sales manager for WHK Holdings Company Ltd. of Japan.
