Another veteran of Antwerp, Belgium’s HRD has joined the “competition” in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Youri Steverlynck, former HRD director of marketing and public relations, has been appointed general counsel for the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre. He joins former HRD managing director Peter Meuss, who became DMCC’s special advisor for diamonds last May.
