The Women’s Jewelry Association (WJA) Foundation has appointed Grant Mobley of the Natural Diamond Council and Thomas Davis of Select Jewelry to its board of directors.
They will support the “WJA Foundation’s mission of empowering women and fostering innovation within the jewelry and watch industries,” according to a statement.
Mobley (pictured at left) is the jewelry and watch editor for the Natural Diamond Council. He has 17 years of industry experience, including working at his family’s jewelry store and leading sales at the wholesaler Pluczenik.
Davis serves as director of business development for Select Jewelry. He is also a board member of the Black in Jewelry Coalition.
Nikia Levesque-Meyer is the WJA Foundation’s president.
