The word Hawaii will capture just about anybody’s attention, so kudos to inventor and pearl master Chi Huynh of Galatea for assigning it to his new silver jewelry collection. Hawaii debuted at JCK Las Vegas 2016 and features creature motifs from the ocean, such as octopus as well as tiny silver critters (think sea turtles) emerging from within lustrous pearl eggs. Hawaii offers entry-level prices—under $500 retail—for some of Huynh’s masterful pearl looks with hand-chiseled effects.
