On a recent Monday afternoon, we put out a call for new jewels featuring stones from across the green range: emeralds, tsavorites, jade, what have you. By Tuesday morning, we were inundated.
If the number of gorgeous green jewels that arrived in our inbox is any indication, 2023 will be a celebration of the color most commonly found in nature, in all its varied splendor. That means apple-green peridots, lagoon-colored tourmalines, grass-green tsavorites, and Platonic green emeralds, to name just a few.
The 24 pieces featured here reflect a small portion of the images we received. While most of them will not be at the Tucson gem shows, use the designs as inspiration for the kinds of jewels expected to trend big this year. In other words, go green or go home!
