Omaha, Neb.–based The Edge Retail Academy has hired Kevin Sweeney as business advisor.
Sweeney has 29 years of jewelry business experience, including stints at Hearts on Fire and Shreve, Crump & Low.
The company also promoted Sherry Smith to director of business development and Becka Johnson Kibby to director of operations. Smith will lead the ERA’s continued expansion into vendor relations.
The ERA is also extending its service offerings to include a new Business Academy Program, newly enhanced vendor services, and greater access for clients to all its business advisors and specialists.
