Plano, Texas–based Sylvie Collection, known for its diamond bridal jewelry, has named Steve Rosenthal sales territory manager for the Southwest region. Rosenthal will oversee sales in Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas in addition to states west of Texas, including Arizona and New Mexico.
Rosenthal is a jewelry industry veteran who brings more than 35 years of experience to his new position.
“We are delighted to welcome another strong force and value-added member to our growing team,” said Sylvie Collection’s designer Sylvie (who only goes by her first name) in a statement. “With his substantial experience in our industry and our unique designs, Steve is extremely well positioned to meet and service the growth we are seeing, particularly in the Southwest region.“
Rosenthal has previously owned retail art and jewelry galleries. He has also held positions at New York–based diamond jeweler Ritani as well as Rego Manufacturing, a Bucyrus, Ohio–based jewelry manufacturer that specializes in engagement rings and colored gemstone jewelry. Rosenthal is a Dallas native and a graduate of Southern Methodist University.
Rosenthal said in the same statement, “Having been involved in the industry for many years, I am truly excited with the design and value that the Sylvie Collection offers.”
Rosenthal is currently at the JCK Las Vegas show and can be found at the Sylvie Collection booth (Lux 903).
