The new integration is available to all Jewel360 customers and allows retailers to send a customer’s documents and transaction information digitally to the Luxsurance app, Lux Digital Vault. With this app—which is customizable and can be store-branded at no cost to jewelers—clients can easily manage their purchases and insure items on the spot.
“Jewelry insurance is essential for giving consumers peace of mind about their valuables, offering a reliable way to safeguard their assets against potential risks such as loss, theft, or damage,” said Nick Gurney, general manager of Jewel360, in a statement. “This new relationship with Luxsurance powered by Jewelers Mutual is a win-win for retailers and consumers as this platform creates a frictionless insurance buying experience and digital catalogue inside the store-branded app.”
