Italian Exhibition Group Announces Premiere Contest Winners
The Italian Exhibition Group (IEG) declared the winners of the 30th edition of its Premiere contest live on Instagram on July 31. The competition took place entirely online this year. Of 63 competing companies whose products are made in Italy, 15 came away winners in three different categories—Fashion, Entertainment, and Journalism.
The winners, which were decided by a jury presided over by Beppe Angiolini, honorary president of the National Chamber of Fashion Buyers and art director of OroArezzo, are as follows:
Fashion: Annaratone, Daniela Coaro, Del Pia, Govoni Fabio, and Italian Fashion.
Entertainment: Alessi Domenico, Golden Clef International, Lusi, Orolò, and Oxygene.
Journalism: Chimera Gold, Eclat, Falcinelli Italy, Femar, and Fratelli Bovo.
A special digital award was bestowed upon Nuovi Gioielli, and Arezzo companies UnoAErre, Graziella Group, and Giordini received special mentions.
“It was really difficult to decide on the winners from so many items of jewelry, all extremely beautiful,” said Beppe Angiolini in a press release. “The magnificent jury, which I thank, together with my friends at IEG, for having pushed forward with this project with enormous passion, was impressed by the creativity, workmanship, and artistic ability of the competing companies, who did great credit to Italian jewelry and Made in Italy. And we, so sensitive to beauty, were spellbound.”
