Stuller has acquired Cranston, R.I.–based laser welder and engraver company B&D Sales Corporation.
Terms were not disclosed.
Lafayette, La.–based Stuller will now be able to offer customers an expanded selection of laser welders, engravers, and cutters, a statement said.
“Partnering with the B&D team will allow us to expand our product line, broaden our equipment services, and meet our customers’ evolving needs,” said Stuller president Danny Clark in a statement.
