Sterling Jewelers has named Robert L. Kapp senior vice president, strategic initiative integration and distribution center.
In this new position, Knapp will oversee the company’s distribution center and assume accountability for developing a long-term property acquisition and development strategy for the company’s expanding home office in Akron, Ohio.
In addition, Bryan Morgan has been promoted to senior vice president of corporate supply chain management and facilities. He will be responsible for overall procurement, including strategic sourcing, warehouse fulfillment, manufacturing and repair, as well as the company’s facilities, security, and dining services. He joined Sterling in 2007 and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
