SproutLoud Media Networks, LLC, parent company of Target Mailers, an online Web-to-print and communication technology company, has been selected as one of the Top 10 Best Places to Work by the South Florida Business Journal. 

Jared Shusterman is managing partner and Founder of SproutLoud. James Porte is president and co-founder of Target Mailers. Both companies are based in Sunrise, Fla.

The recognition is “Totally consistent with our core values of having the utmost mutual respect between all levels of the organization and providing an atmosphere where talented professionals will thrive,” said Gary Ritkes, SproutLoud managing director of Sales.

The two companies, in a statement, said its employees are empowered to make decisions and be responsible for their own working environment, whether it is taking initiative to improve an internal workflow or doing the right thing for the customer. Professionals are rewarded based on a combination of merit and length of service, creating opportunities for talented, hardworking professionals to grow rapidly.

The Best Places to Wor contest began in 2004 with the intention of recognizing and honoring companies that understand the value of their human assets. American City Business Journals and Quantum Workplace partnered to perform the surveys. Employees of nominated companies anonymously completed an online survey, answering about 40 questions.  Quantum’s analytical tools were then used to rank the top organizations.
