SAG Awards Jewelry Proves Hollywood Still Knows How to Put on a Dazzling Show

Share

At the 2025 Screen Actors Guild Awards, celebrities brought out big bling to complement bold makeup, dramatic curls, and sexy silhouettes for a true show of Hollywood glamour.

The awards ceremony, hosted by Kristen Bell at the Shrine Auditorium in L.A. and streamed on Netflix, provided a glimpse into what trends, colors, and jewelry might trickle down into the collective consciousness.

Memorable looks on the red (actually blue-and-gold) carpet included ageless Jamie Lee Curtis in sequins and a feather-forward bolero jacket, Zooey Deschanel in a tailored tuxedo gown and Lagos jewelry, and Shogun’s Anna Sawai in a red-and-black column dress that seemed to float on her body.

Gowns featured a variety of strong colors, from sunny yellow to ruby red to cornflower blue, for a touch of spring. For the men, tuxedos with open collar and no tie or in silver instead of traditional black provided a freshness that helped showcase their jewels.

Among the especially noteworthy jewelry were a strings of pearls on the graceful Sheryl Lee Ralph, crystal floral accents dripping across the front of Hannah Dodd’s crimson gown, and Timothy Simons with a Chopard diamond and pink sapphire butterfly brooch in 18k white gold that matched his jacket and shirt.

Here are some more of JCK’s favorite looks from the 31st annual SAG Awards.
