Share

Ring Concierge, the bespoke bridal and fine jewelry e-commerce brand, has hired Neda Whitney as its first-ever chief marketing officer.

In her new role, Whitney will boost the brand’s marketing and communications strategy and build out its creative department.

Whitney is the former head of marketing of the Americas for Christie’s, where she led the auction house’s creative, content, and strategy teams. She played a critical role in rebranding its art department, and guided its foray into NFTs (nonfungible tokens).

She also led marketing for Christie’s sale of the Paul G. Allen Collection, which is considered the largest auction in history, totaling $1.6 billion.

Prior to Christie’s, Whitney was senior vice president and managing director of client services at advertising agency R/GA, where her clients included Tiffany & Co., L’Oreal, Unilever, Verizon, Uber, Amazon, and ESPN.

According to a statement, Ring Concierge has been profitable since it opened in 2013. It has never taken outside funding and is still 100% privately owned. In 2022, its fine jewelry sales rose 104% over 2021’s.
