Richline signed an agreement to buy Toronto’s Finecraft
Jewellery March 8.
Alan Gozlan, son of Finecraft founder Roger Gozlan, will
manage the business and continue to service customer needs of Finecraft
products. The company will retain its
Toronto distribution center and entire staff, a Richline statement said, and
aims for enhanced service for Canadian customers.
This is the latest acquisition from Berkshire Hathaway–owned
Richline. The company has also purchased such noted brands as Andin, Tru-Kay,
Rosato, and Prime Time Manufacturing.
