Buffalo, N.Y.–based Rembrandt Charms has appointed Michael Metzger as chief operating officer.
Metzger, a U.S. Navy veteran, was previously president of Quality Vision Services and spent 20 years at Nikon Instruments.
As chief operating officer, Metzger will oversee day to day operations and strategic planning.
In addition, in November, the company appointed Kim Burzynski as its sales and marketing manager. Kim spent the last eight years at New Era Cap.
