From Rihanna’s partnership with Chopard to Raymond Weil x Repetto to the latest generation of Diamonds With a Story, designer collaborations are a favorite topic here on the All That Glitters blog. Next up: a forthcoming Nambé x Rémy Rotenier men’s jewelry collection that marries the brand’s clean, midcentury modern aesthetic with the accomplished designer’s expert sense of artistry, line, and proportion.
Last spring we reported on Nambé’s launch of a women’s jewelry line to complement its internationally recognized home decor, serveware, barware, and gifts. But when it came to adding a men’s line to the mix, the Santa Fe, N.M.–based brand tapped Rotenier to ensure not only the product’s refined good looks but also its success in the marketplace. “He totally understands Nambé’s contemporary, clean lines,” said Mary L. Forté, Nambé new business development, in the official announcement.
Highly respected in the jewelry trade, Rotenier is well-known for his fluency in an array of design idioms, whether it’s an ornate, sculptural custom piece lavished with precious gems and diamonds for a private client or the more commercial line he designs for Jewelry Television, Bella Luce.
With Nambé, Rotenier donned his minimalist hat, conceiving more than 25 pieces— sleek, smooth, with lots of curves and organic-feeling silhouettes, often complemented by geometric, twisting, and braided details.

Rotenier was also inspired by Nambé’s origins in New Mexico, a state that he has called home for more than 20 years. “From the endless rolling dunes of White Sands National Monument to the organic, liquid forms of limestone in Carlsbad National Park and the snowdrifts on the Sandia Mountains—which I can see from my studio—to the shifting cloud formations of the vast New Mexican skies, this place is constantly impressive to me,” Rotenier said in the announcement.
“I have endeavored to maintain that clarity of minimal, contemporary design rooted in this place, which Nambé embraces. By reducing detail to the most communicative forms, Nambé has always created timeless objects, and I am thrilled to be carrying on that tradition with this line of jewelry for men.”
Made entirely in 925 silver, the Nambé Men’s Jewelry Collection by Rémy Rotenier retails from $150 to $600. It will be introduced to retailers at the Independent Jewelers Organization (IJO) spring show.
