The Monica Rich Kosann x Peanuts collection celebrates two milestone anniversaries—the fine jewelry brand’s 20th and the famous comic strip’s 75th—and a mutual love of storytelling.
Kosann’s 10-piece bracelet collection, debuting April 1, centers on words and expressions that appeared frequently in the beloved Charles M. Schulz comic, including Charlie Brown’s “Good grief!” catchphrase.
“These iconic Peanuts words are a work of art, if you ask me,” Kosann says. “These are words everyone loves from the Peanuts characters—we can all relate to moments when you just want to scream ‘Aaugh!’ or ‘Good grief!’ in a moment of frustration.”

Kosann says she was honored to work on this project because it combined her two loves: storytelling and jewelry. The goal is to offer Peanuts fans a piece of jewelry that embraces fun, she says.
“These phrases remind us to keep it light, but with gold, silver, diamonds, and sapphires,” Kosann says. Her Peanuts bracelets range in price from $325 to $2,415.
Peanuts were a mainstay in Kosann’s life when she was growing up, she says, and she had books of the Schulz cartoon lined up across her childhood bookshelf. Getting to work with the Peanuts characters and their famous words as part of the comic’s 75th anniversary was a dream project for Kosann.
But don’t ask her to pick a favorite. And she hopes her fellow jewelry lovers and Peanuts fans will find a bracelet to love as a self-purchase or gift for a friend, whether they go for Snoopy’s adventures, Charlie Brown’s humble nature, or Lucy’s spicy personality.

“I thought it would be fun to design them to be part of everyone’s wrist stack. This way we can look down and be reminded of these pivotal moments in our daily life and maybe see the humor in it all,” says Kosann.
And there’s more to come. This is the first collection in a longer partnership with the Peanuts brand, the designer says.
“Our brand is based on taking iconic, timeless ideas and making them modern for a new generation. That is what Peanuts embodies for us as it celebrates its 75th anniversary, and we are celebrating ours as well,” Kosann says. “Friendship has been at the center of Peanuts for years and years, so bringing that theme to life with bracelets that have meaning was a truly natural fit for both of us.”
