Helen Molesworth (pictured) has joined gemstone and jewelry trading platform Gembridge as head of business development.
Molesworth most recently served as managing director for Swiss jewelry company Gübelin, where she created, launched, and ran a colored gemstone academy. Prior to that, she was Professeur d’Histoire du Bijou et Gemmologie for the Geneva School of Art and Design, where she wrote and taught jewelry history classes in both English and French.
She has also served as a jewelry specialist for Sotheby’s and Christie’s in London and Geneva. In 2006, she researched and sold the private jewelry collection of Princess Margaret in London.
She is also a fellow of the Gemmological Associations of Great Britain and Hong Kong, as well as a fellow of the Society of Antiquaries in London.
Gembridge is a Singapore-based digital trading marketplace for colored gemstones, pearls, and jewelry, headed by CEO Nick Marrett.
