Micah Antoni just made its entry into the market in early 2024, but you wouldn’t know it’s not a long-established jewelry based on its luxuriously creative designs.
The company has released four collections so far—Intricata, Tracery, Entwined, and Verdure—and plans to add two more come 2025, including heart-inspired pieces early in the new year. “The warm reception we’ve received from the luxury jewelry and fashion communities has been immensely encouraging,” says founder and CEO Stephanie Skinner, wife of designer Michael “Micah” Antoni.
In its short time in existence, Micah Antoni has enjoyed major press placements, including this year’s September issue of Vogue, as well as WWD, Cosmopolitan, and Modern Luxury.
“Intricate, intriguing, and timeless,” Skinner says when asked to describe Micah Antoni jewelry. “We are driven by the challenge of creating beauty in new forms, shapes, and silhouettes that defy convention and spark the wearer’s curiosity.”
Micah Antoni’s offerings were in development for at least four years before the brand debuted, Skinner says, and she shares its origin story going even further back: “Michael, my husband and our designer, discovered his passion for jewelry-making during his dental school years, where his meticulous attention to detail emerged. Over time, our shared love for art and design became a cornerstone of our lives, with Michael crafting one-of-a-kind pieces exclusively for family and friends.
“A spinal cord injury brought his career to an unexpected end. Yet what could have been a devastating setback became a transformative moment. Michael reignited his long-held passion for jewelry design, channeling his creativity into this new path.
“Inspired by his resilience, I stepped away from my consulting work, and together we are striving to build a brand that seamlessly weaves artistic ingenuity with unwavering passion,” Skinner says.
“We realized that assembling the right team was as crucial as honing our designs,” she adds. “Throughout countless trials, we learned to trust our instincts, leverage our business acumen, and remain steadfast in the face of obstacles. Patience and resilience have become our guiding principles, driving us forward with confidence and an unwavering commitment to our vision.”
Skinner tells JCK: “In 2025, we hope to broaden our footprint by cultivating long-lasting partnerships with retailers who appreciate the depth and detail of our work. Our pieces truly come alive when experienced in person, and we look forward to unveiling our designs to new audiences, connecting with connoisseurs, and establishing our place in the world of luxury jewelry.”
Micah Antoni jewelry is available on the brand’s website and from select retailers, including Marissa Collections and Mayfair Rocks.
