London Jewelers Appoints New Chief Operating Officer

Share

London Jewelers—which has 17 stores in New York, New Jersey, and Florida—has hired Olivier Nourani as its new chief operating officer.

Nourani most recently served as COO of French brand Ladurée, where he oversaw its U.S. expansion. Prior to that, he spent almost 10 years at Van Cleef & Arpels in New York City, where he worked first in finance and then as vice president of business development for the United States, Canada, and Brazil.

At London Jewelers, Nourani will initially report to CEO Mark Udell and president Candy Udell. His appointment is part of the company’s planned transition to a fourth generation of Udell owners—including Mark and Candy’s son Scott, daughter Randi, and nephew Zach. Current COO Tim Claire will continue with the company as director of operations during the transition.
