Jewelmer’s new Le Monde des Chapeaux jewelry collection is a milliner’s delight. Seventeen different types of 18k gold hats reside on pearl heads, some with V-S clarity diamond accents.
“From practicality to pure adornment, hats have evolved into iconic symbols of occupation and personal style,” explains Jacques Christophe Branellec, vice president and deputy CEO. “Hats can also evoke a special memory for every person. This collection cannot only be worn as pendants but also as charms.”
The golden pearls featured, of course, come from Jewelmer’s own golden pearl farms in the Philippine and Sulu seas.
Le Monde des Chapeaux debuted at Couture 2015. Pieces will ship in the fourth quarter of this year, retail prices start at $975, and buy-in is 10 pieces.
