The Jewelers Vigilance Committee (JVC) has appointed Cathrine Wolden as its new vice president of partnership and sponsorship.
In the role, Wolden will forge strategic alliances with industry stakeholders, collaborate with the trade, and secure sponsorships that support JVC’s mission and initiatives.
Wolden was formerly a key account director and international sales leader for Reed Exhibitions, now known as Rx Global, which owns the JCK show. She previously worked for Tache and Montblanc.
She has also served as chair of the chapter affairs committee of the Women’s Jewelry Association’s national board and on the board of the New York State Jewelers Association.
Wolden holds a B.S. in business marketing from Virginia Tech and has competed in ski marathons, domestically and internationally.
In a statement, Wolden said she plan to “further develop resources for our members, partners, expand our member base, and exceed fiscal goals.”
“Cathrine brings a strategic mind and fresh ideas to how we can both deepen and broaden our partnerships throughout industry,” said JVC president and CEO Tiffany Stevens in the same statement.
