Jewelers Mutual Group has announced that it has appointed three new directors to its board, who bring with them a wide range of experience in the insurance, technology, and finance industries.
The three new directors for the board of the Neenah, Wisc.–based insurance company are: Susan Doyle, former chief operating officer of Caton Consulting Group; Patti Griffin, former chief product officer of a software company (pictured); and Terry Murphy, attorney and certified public accountant and former chief financial officer.
Patti Griffin has more than 20 years of experiencing in insurance and technology. She retired last year as the chief product officer of Duck Creek Technologies, a software provider for the property and casualty industry. Prior to that, Griffin served as managing director at Accenture, where she worked with property and casualty insurers. She also serves on the board of directors for One Inc, a digital payments platform provider for insurance companies and managing general agencies.
Doyle recently retired as chief operating officer of the Canton Group. Prior to that she served for 32 years at Liberty Mutual Insurance’s property and casualty business, including as executive vice president of Liberty Mutual’s commercial markets, and as president and chief operating officer of Wausau Insurance, a national commercial insurance company.
Terry Murphy is an attorney and certified public accountant who has been the chief financial officer for five different public companies over the last two decades. He most recently served as executive vice president and chief financial officer at the A. O. Smith Corp., a $3 billion manufacturer of residential and commercial water heaters and water treatment products.
“As Jewelers Mutual continues to diversify and grow its product offerings, the members of our board will continue to provide the experience and energy to support the company’s current and future initiatives,” said board chairman Mark Fiebrink in a statement.
