The Jennifer Fisher Collection for CB2 is compelling portrait of a jewelry designer’s signatures translated into covetable items for the home, from swivel chairs to stemware and tabletop accessories to lighting.
Fans of Fisher, whom JCK recently named as one of 11 designers who defined the decade 2010–20, will recognize subtle nods to her famous hoop earrings, chunky elongated link chains, and tubular bracelets/rings. No charm things, monogram initials, or phraseologies, though—rather, it’s an accessible reimagining of urban living in its most glamorous (yet relatively affordable) form.
Still, as a working mom, Fisher pushed for family-friendly pieces with performance fabrics and rounded corners. The pieces needed to be highly functional but still incredibly stylish and cool.
“It was important to me to design each piece so that it could evolve in your space; evolve with you as your life changes,” she says in a statement. “With my jewelry, I hope to create functional pieces that people will want to wear daily. Similarly, with this collection, I wanted to design pieces that are not only essential to the home and incredibly livable, but can truly complement and define you in the many ways you inhabit your living space.”
Clad in a black, white, and gray palette, the collection is robust, touching on every aspect of an enviably chic lifestyle informed by entertaining, working at home, and lounging/playing with your kids and pets. There is marble serveware, decorative vases, bookends and objets, a standing mirror, marshmallow-cushy furnishings, shag rugs, and, of course, a number of jewelry-storage solutions.
The Jennifer Fisher Collection is currently available for purchase online and in CB2 stores. Prices range from $9.95 to $2,999.
