To kick off the show this year, JCK Las Vegas welcomes three keynote
speakers. Shane Decker, Ken Gassman and Martin Rapaport are all industry
renowned gentlemen who will be offering their expertise on a range of topics
including tips on advancing sales, pleasing brides-to-be, and exciting
opportunities and changes in the diamond industry.

Shane Decker of Ex-SELL-Ence lends his considerable knowledge and experience
to get the ball rolling on Friday, June 4 from 8:00 am – 9:15 am with a
discussion on “Advanced Strategies to Increase Closing Ratios.” In
this presentation, he will cover reading customer signals and give sales people
the tools they need to respond to those signals quickly and effectively before
that customer walks out the door empty handed.

On Saturday, June 5 from 7:30 am – 9:30 am, Ken Gassman of Jewelry Industry
Research will deliver a keynote presentation on how to “Manage Your
Inventory While Maximizing Your Bridal Opportunity.”
Ken’s industry research findings will educate retailers on who the modern bride
is, what she’s looking for, and how to sell to her. This information is aimed
to help retailers understand the current bridal trends and therefore make
better purchasing decisions on the JCK show floor. The presentation is

Martin Rapaport will conduct his annual keynote presentation focusing this
year on “The Diamond Decade: New Opportunities.” Find out what is
