WJA Seattle Legal Seminar and Networking Event: June 26, 6 p.m. PT (in person)

The Seattle chapter of the Women’s Jewelry Association is hosting “The Legal Side of Growing & Protecting Your Business,” an educational event and networking session led by Carin Parcel, a former intellectual property attorney who runs Carin Susann Designs. Held in the Lounge of Joseph Arnold Lofts, the session will cover topics such as licensing, trademarks, design protection, confidentiality agreements, copyright protection, and more. Registration is free for members and $30 for guests.

Treasure House Fair in London: June 27–July 2 (in person)

Jewelry, art, design, and antiquities dealers from around the world will show their wares at the second edition of the Treasure House Fair, taking place for six days at the Royal Hospital Chelsea in London. Look for estate jewelers such as A La Vieille Russie, Sandra Cronan, SJ Phillips, and Wartski, as well as a special exhibition dedicated to “The Great 100-Carat Gems,” featuring exceptional unmounted gemstones, all weighing over 100 carats, curated by Beverly Hills jeweler Robert Procop.

Plumb Club Webinar on Understanding Accountability: June 27, 1 p.m. ET (online)

The Plumb Club is giving the top learning session from Symposium ’24 an encore performance as a webinar in the Jewelers Resource Center this week. Titled “Understanding Accountability in Order to Team Better,” the free live webinar, led by Robert “Cujo” Teschner, offers insights on how to build a high-performance workforce. Attendees will learn why this kind of team would bounce back quickly from failure and achieve high levels of performance along the way.
