Christie’s Jewels and Watches Online: La Dolce Vita Auction, March 1–10 (online)
Christie’s Milan has assembled the best of international watchmaking and Italian jewelry for its Jewels and Watches Online: La Dolce Vita auction, opening on March 1. The curated selection of lots will feature Swiss timepieces from brands such as Patek Philippe, Rolex, and Piaget, but the real attraction will be highlights from the collections of Italian houses, including Sabbadini, Vhernier, and the Capri jeweler Chantecler.
Bonhams Auctions the Personal Collection of Sir Michael Caine: March 2, 12 p.m. ET (online)
A selection of jewels designed and worn by Shakira Caine, wife of the Hollywood icon Sir Michael Caine, will go on the block at Bonhams’ Sir Michael Caine: The Personal Collection sale on March 2 in London. Inspired to make jewelry in the 1980s after visiting “The Costumes of Royal India” exhibition at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, Ms. Caine took her cues from the ancient jewelry-making techniques of India. Estimates range from £400-£800 (about $535-$1,070).

Atlanta Jewelry Show: March 5–6 (in person)
The Atlanta Jewelry Show returns to the Cobb Galleria Centre March 5-6. Beyond showcasing the usual suspects in the exhibition hall, the event will also feature a playground, of sorts, for the next generation of jewelers through its Kids Jewelry Camp initiative. Buyers looking for a little education to pad their show experience shouldn’t miss the preshow Connected Conference on March 4.
