The Lighthouse at Chelsea Piers hosts Melee the Show, a showcase for nearly 90 designers, including Dana Bronfman, Jennie Kwon, and TenThousandThings. Pre-registration has closed, but on-site registration is available.

WJA Panel on Sustainability and DEI, New York: Aug. 14, 6 p.m. (in person)
The New York Metro chapter of the Women’s Jewelry Association will gather at Sicily Osteria in midtown Manhattan tomorrow night for drinks, food, and a thought-provoking panel discussion called “Interconnection: Sustainability, DEI and the Next Generation.” A cohort of industry leaders will share their insights on the relationship between sustainable practices and diversity, equity, and inclusion, and how they impact consumer behavior, with a specific focus on Gen Z.
Plumb Club Webinar on Luxury Trends: Aug. 17, 2 p.m. ET (online)
The Plumb Club will explore luxury industry trends in a webinar presented as a conversation between Regina Ciarleglio and Amanda Gizzi of Jewelers of America and Jonathan Preciado of Synchrony Financial. The trio will discuss how retailers can leverage a variety of research findings and recent trends, such as changing expectations among luxury customers and evolving preferences in the wedding market.
