Atlanta Jewelry Show: Through March 16 at 5 p.m. ET (in person)

Today’s the last day of the Atlanta Jewelry Show’s spring event, a great opportunity to restock in time for Mother’s Day and take in some stellar programming such a live in-person presentation at 10 a.m. on the mokume gane technique, hosted by JCK editor favorite Chris Ploof. Held at the Cobb Galleria Centre, this show is also famous for its Kids Jewelry Camp, open to ages 7 and up.
Andrew Horsfall exhibition in Jaipur, India: Through May 20 (in person)

If you have occasion to be in Jaipur this spring, an exhibition recently opened in Gyan Museum, a celebrated cultural space housing the private collection of the late gemologist, art connoisseur, and scholar Gyan Chand Ji Dhaddha (1940–2004). The retrospective showcases the work of British sculptor and artist Andrew Horsfall—member of the Royal Society of British Sculptors known for his mastery of bronze and sandstone—and his “Break the Glass” series, crafted from gems, diamonds, gold, and platinum, is not to be missed. NB: Viewings of the exhibit are by appointment only.

Freeman’s | Hindman Jewelry Sale: March 20, 10 a.m. CT (in person and online)

A trove of sparkling Belle Epoque and art deco jewels are up for grabs at the Important Jewelry auction hosted by Chicago-based Freeman’s | Hindman. Rare early-19th-century jewels and collectible pieces from Bulgari, Van Cleef & Arpels, and Cartier headline the sale, composed of 175 lots. One standout is a Cartier diamond, enamel, and platinum Plaque de Cou, circa 1905 (Lot 58). Jewelry from the private collection of Mamie Fish is also on the block; current viewers of HBO’s drama The Gilded Age are sure to recognize the name of this larger-than-life socialite portrayed by actress Ashlie Atkinson.
