BIJC Panel Discussion on Watches in Brooklyn, N.Y.: April 25, 7 p.m. (in person)

Join the Black in Jewelry Coalition (BIJC) for “Time Well Spent: Investing in Your First Watch With Long-Term Value,” a panel discussion at Brooklyn Bank that will explore how to make smart, meaningful investments in timepieces. Panelists include moderator Perri Dash, founder of @superniche.studios and host of @wristcheckpod; Charity Mhende, founder of @pulseonthewrist; Dr. Albert Coombs, a dentist and cofounder of @officialcptime; and Biancha Jones, merchandising manager at Citizen Watch. Tickets are $25 and include live DJ music, light bites and drinks, and networking with fellow collectors and professionals.

Ode to Spring Exhibition in North Adams, Mass.: Through June 15 (in person)

An Ode to Spring: Celebrating Nature’s Renewal, a group exhibition featuring works by Emily Bunnell, Wendy Hybl Fannin, Douglas Gilbert, Elisa Gilbert, John Lanterman, Natalie Tyler, and Jen Violette, is now on view at LAPINcontemporary in North Adams, Mass. Through a harmonious blend of drawings, paintings, photographs, jewelry, sculptures, and floral design, the exhibition captures the essence of the natural world, inviting you to witness the quiet poetry of growth, change, and transformation.

The Philadelphia Show, held annually on the East Terrace of the Philadelphia Museum of Art, showcases collectible antiques, art, and design presented by over 40 of America’s leading dealers. In addition to fine art, Americana, furniture, folk art, ceramics, porcelain, silver, textiles, and decorative arts, attendees will discover estate jewelry gallerists such as James Robinson and jewelers such as Rosior.

Bonhams’ Paris Jewels auction on April 24 takes place at its Cornette de Saint Cyr showroom. The sale will include a single-owner collection of Chaumet pieces from several decades, as well as diamond and colored stone jewelry from major houses such as Cartier, Boucheron, Buccellati, Graff, and Van Cleef & Arpels.
