Paxtons Jewelry, located in Storm Lake, Iowa, celebrated its
100th birthday, according to a local news report.
The festivities included a fundraiser for local charities in
which attendees made a $10 donation to receive a balloon that indicated prizes
including diamonds, garnet, blue topaz, amethyst or peridot.
The birthday celebration will continue through
Saturday.
