GRWN Diamonds just added a new dimension to luxury streetwear with the introduction of its SNP BCK Hats collection featuring multicolored lab-grown diamonds.
From the front, the $450 black snapback baseball hats look like classic caps in a minimalist style, their only concession to decor a black GRWN logo. The party, however, is in the back. Set along the hat strap: 0.2 ct. t.w. VS+ lab diamonds in shades of blue, yellow, red, green, and colorless.

“This diamond-studded snapback is a testament to our mission—blending design, community, and sustainability in a way that’s never been done before,” Jordan Pollak, the company’s cofounder, said in a statement. “GRWN Diamonds was created to disrupt the traditional diamond and jewelry industries by making luxury more sustainable and community driven.”
To celebrate the collection, which went live on the GRWN site earlier this month, the company tapped a group of creatives to promote the brand’s ethos of design, artistry, and Gen Z–inspired innovation. They include: stylist and fashion world collaborator Aleali May, GRWN Diamonds’ creative director; DJ and producer TJ Mizell, founder of the fashion label Terri Projects; celebrity photographer Glen Jamn; and GRWN Diamonds designer Jason Ko.

Los Angeles–based GRWN was founded in 2022 by Michael Pollak and his son, Jordan. Michael, a cofounder of Hyde Park Jewelers in Denver, last year told JCK that he was inspired to found the company after noting the “intense interest” millennial and Gen Z clients showed in lab-grown diamonds.
“I think the consumer is voting for lab-grown with their dollars,” Pollak, who in 2023 sold Hyde Park to the 1916 Company, said.
