Jewelry manufacturer Fuzion Creations has acquired designer Nina International, the company announced.
The new combined company will be based out of Fuzion’s headquarters in Brooklyn, N.Y., and will be headed by Fuzion CEO Maney Douek. Moses Maya, the previous CEO of Nina International, will serve as vice president of product development and e-commerce solutions for the new business.
Nina International is also known as Nina Sterling.
The company plans better fulfillment services, including a B-to-B website.
